Cole's Blessing Day

We blessed Cole on Sunday, June 7th

in Dave's parent's ward. His dad is the

bishop of the ward, so it worked out nicely :)

The blessing was so neat--Dave did a great job

& Cole slept through the whole thing & didn't

poop all over his little white outfit,

so the day was a success!

And my friend's mom took short-hand

notes on the blessing & gave us a copy.

I am SO happy to have that!

The weather didn't really cooperate for the lunch

we had afterwards...we had set up chairs & canopies

in my parent's backyard & hoped for a lovely afternoon

to eat outside, but alas, the blasted June rain
spoiled our plans. But, luckily

everyone could fit inside so it worked well.

The rain did clear up a bit for us to

get some pictures later in the afternoon...

{I love that it looks like he's

bustin' out a little dance move here!}

{Cole was such a good boy, but he was DONE

by the afternoon! This is hands-down one

of my most favorite pictures of the day!

Poor little guy--he really was such a trooper

with everyone wanting to hold him & missing his

naps. But he let us know that enough is enough!!}
